Rules & regulations
Hi everyone! Kindly adhere to the following at all times so the Community stays a great place for every Blue.

Treat every Member with courtesy across all groups and chats. Personal attacks, insults, mockery, harassment, or belittling other Members — whether in public threads or direct WhatsApp messages — is strictly prohibited.

Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, religious intolerance, or any discriminatory language, imagery, stickers, voice notes, or media will result in immediate removal from both the WhatsApp Community and the OSC, alongside potential venue bans during Events.

This is a dedicated football community. Discussions involving politics, religion, or other unrelated divisive topics are not permitted in any WhatsApp sub-channel or group discussion.

Do not use any WhatsApp sub-group or membership forum to advertise personal businesses, betting tips, financial/crypto schemes, other fan pages, or unrelated services without prior Admin approval.

Keep discussions focused on Manchester City, the OSC, and related football topics. Do not flood the WhatsApp Community with repeated messages, excessive media/stickers, chain messages, or off-topic links.

Do not export, screenshot, share, or forward other Members' personal details, phone numbers, contact cards, or private WhatsApp group content outside the community without explicit consent.
Breaking these rules may lead to removal from the WhatsApp Community and the OSC, and potential venue bans during Events. Admins' decisions are final.
Privacy
Your data
- What we collect
- When you apply for membership we collect the details you choose to submit: your name, email, WhatsApp number, date of birth, gender, location, how long you've supported City, and (optionally) your favourite player. If you reserve a spot for a screening through our ticketing partner, that registration is also recorded.
- How we store it
- Membership applications are stored privately in the club's Google Workspace (Google Sheets), accessible only to authorised OSC New Delhi admins. Messages in the WhatsApp Community are additionally governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- How we use it
- To review and manage your membership, send screening RSVPs and matchday reminders, and share club announcements. Your date of birth is used only for birthday perks. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
- Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just email us. We keep your information only for as long as you're part of the club or as needed for club records.
- Cookies & tracking
- This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Standard technical data may be processed by our hosting provider to serve the site securely.
